I'm a weird case in that I love coffee, but I've never developed a taste for it black. Respect for pour over. It's a great ritual, makes good coffee, and is easier to clean up than French Press. I did a TT of the many ways I have to make coffee, after another reader wondered if I had a "problem".

Thanks! Hearing that it was like my book was "written just for them" makes my month.

Very nice! Filter means different things to me ever since I learned about South Indian filter coffee. More like brewing Vietnamese coffee (steel filter, tiny holes, very fine coffee).
