11g Salt
500g Bread Flour

Add to taste during stretch and folds:
Shredded Cheddar
Cubed Cheddar
Diced Jalepeno

Dutch oven: 475 30 mins covered, 425 15 mins uncovered

We did it!! Finally made perfect sourdough bread

Reduced the water content and proofed in the oven with the light on.

Recipe:
350g water
100g active starter
50 grams wheat flour
450g bread flour
11 g salt
