He looks like a circus ring leader but with a head that is a set of red gums and white teeth with two eyes inside the mouth. Not all of him is shaded. Some parts of him; such as his pants/legs, eyes, hat, and shaft of his staff are solid colors. He's doing some magical gestures as he creates/destroys a small figure who is glowing. The small figure, Gummigoo, is a yellow and green gator with an arm and leg phasing into wooden mannequin parts.

My initial idea was to have this be the creation of Gummigoo. But I also like the idea of this being the deconstruction of Gummigoo. Kind of like Gummigoo has a moment of awareness as he's being created/destroyed. v1 with solid coat, v2 with shaded coat #art #TADC
