How interesting it is to me that the organizing institutions like unions were attacked, dismantled, destroyed under reagan and now folks call protests bad organizing.

Really starting to appreciate the wisdom of the late Jane McAlevey who argued that the downfall of union organizing is why our organizing is in such a state of disunion.

Let me just reiterate in a highly capitalistic society;

Refusal to purchase or buy an idea is a powerful tool (Boycotts, nap is resistance, strikes, etc.).

You do not have to comply.

Your body, your time, your compliance/refusal are the biggest resources you have right now. Don’t waste em.

Thinking about folks not understanding their power in saying no.

“No I will not comply with fascism.”

When this admin comes for you, who are the five people you can reach out to that will have your back when you say no.

Then ask them to name their five.

This will take us being in solidarity.
