Let’s Not Forget Who Charlie Kirk Really Was The right-wing influencer did not deserve to die, and we shouldn’t forget the many despicable things he said and did.

We can be morally outraged by an assassination and at the same time acknowledge that Charlie Kirk’s racism and misogyny were immoral. Whitewashing his behavior and beliefs betrays the collective by masking how we got to this place in America.

Charlie Kirk Says Gun Deaths 'Unfortunately' Worth it to Keep 2nd Amendment
PUBLISHED APR 06, 2023 AT 05:39 PM EDT

Charlie Kirk in 2023: "It’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment."

He was wrong. No child, no moviegoer and no conservative commentator should have to die to maintain this perverted notion of the 2nd Amendment.

The attack on Charlie Kirk is disgusting, vile, and reprehensible.

In the United States of America, we must reject political violence in EVERY form.

Why Employers’ Back-to-Office Mandates May Backfire | The Tyee Research suggests workers won’t be happy. Or more efficient.

Working from offices may contribute to workplace culture and unity for employees.

But there's evidence that flexible work can help a company’s performance and inclusivity, while hard rules on either in-office or at-home work can negatively affect employee health, reports @isaacphannay.bsky.social.

When Pete Buttigieg came out of nowhere (at least for a lot of people) he was just a guy with a funny name. But now he's known as one of our most clear thinking, truth speaking, intelligent and also a very good, person that we have in the public eye. He's right. We need to show the alternative.

Linda McMahon wrote Harvard a letter to which they responded by noting areas that are in need of corrections and then posted it on social media.

Cal-Maine, the biggest egg producer, has been accused of using bird flu as cover to jack up prices and triple its profits from a year ago.

It also received $22M in federal aid.

While you're getting gouged at the grocery store, your tax dollars are subsidizing corporate greed.

I hearted this, not because I love high egg costs! But so I can pull it up easily when I talk to my 47-er (I don’t even want to type his name) father.

When a government cancels a $50 million suicide hotline for LGBTQ teens, but keeps its $92 million birthday parade for its president, it is no longer a great, or even a good country. It’s a tinpot dictatorship.

Rolling Stone headline: Trump has now deported multiple U.S. citizen children with cancer

Donald Trump isn’t just illegally removing U.S. citizens from the country without due process.

He’s illegally removing U.S. citizens who are literal children undergoing care for cancer.
