Whatβs another phrase for the ability to pick a public school other than your neighborhood school ? Hereβs an argument to STOP calling it school choice:

We must lobby for a vision of a public school system where every neighborhood public school is plentiful in resources. We must lobby to assure that all publicly funded schools are safe and welcoming to every student.
The wording is slightly altered from a quotation on this link:

Is the accurate? I saw this in an article: The ADL lobbies for the International Holocaust Remembrance Allianceβs working definition of antisemitism.

Clearly the six subversive extremist justices want the lower courts to discuss βsubject to the jurisdiction.β They want lots of voices in the conversation, yes?
Couldnβt they have accomplished that without banning nationwide injunctions? Thatβs what they did, correct?
Perhaps the six subversive extremists didnβt want to stay the injunction because that would have immediately harmed the plaintiffs. Admittedly I donβt understand why everyone affected has to sue which is what their ruling said, yes? If a law is unconstitutional, then it should be struck down.

JD Vance flippantly referring to "due process" on social media, and Stephen Miller threatening to suspend habeas corpus if judges didn't "do the right thing." Habeas corpus protects against unlawful imprisonment.
I agree with this that he said. Excerpt from the article:

06.07.2025 12:53 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0NEWSOM, Circuit Judge: Katie Wood is a transgender woman who teaches at a public high school in Florida. Two years ago, the state enacted Fla. Stat. Β§ 1000.071(3), which, as applied to Wood, prohibits her from using the honorific "Ms." and the gendered pronouns "she," "her," and "hers" in exchanges with students during class time. Wood sued to enjoin the enforcement of Β§ 1000.071(3) against her. The district court granted Wood a preliminary injunction, finding it substantially likely that the law violates her First Amendment right to free speech.
By a 2β1 vote, the 11th Circuit holds that trans teachers in Florida have NO First Amendment right to use their preferred pronouns at school.
Iβm starting to wonder if conservative judges are applying the First Amendment fairly to our public school system β¦ media.ca11.uscourts.gov/opinions/pub...
What Trump is doing to the Education Department, USAID, and the CFPB today can be done to DHS, ICE, CBP, and any other agency tomorrow. This is the blueprint. Defund, RIF, or shutter every agency the president dislikes. Executive authority now means unilateral power to restructure the government.

"It's almost dystopian. And when I think of people wrapping themselves in the Constitution while they are simultaneously doing violence to it ... it is really scary stuff," Bolick told those gathered at the May event hosted by Society for the Rule of Law, a right-of-center legal organization. Though he didn't name names, the speech showed an extraordinary level of openness for a Supreme Court justice, as justices typically refrain from commenting on public affairs to avoid perceptions of bias.

Do you agree? Charter School Financial Statements issued after HB 1259 (2023) took effect should have disclosed the relationship between the lessor and the charter school. Β If they didnβt, the financial statements should be resubmitted.
