When we say "zero aliasing" in our oscillator – we mean a crisp, detailed square waveform in the low range, further becoming a single pure sine wave partial in the final octave! Check out this spectrogram of a note sequence spanning 10 octaves.

So we're talking about a hybrid of additive and wavetable synthesis, powered by harmonic analysis/re-synthesis of analog synthesizer waveforms. Here's one from Dreadbox Artemis: original at the top, reconstruction at the bottom.

We are working on a new-generation oscillator that will combine mathematically perfect waveform reproduction (including from legendary analog/digital synths) with absolutely zero aliasing (and no use of oversampling). This will be our next chapter!

We have just completely replaced the modulation/crossfade generators in our Eternal v2 barber-pole flanger – and it sounds way more smooth and natural, we're incredibly happy with this update. It's coming for Mac/Windows/Linux in just a few days!

Interesting we will have a look! Generally no need for that liking of software, as Terminal here is mostly for running small commands e.g. to launch the Docker environment or to run "make". We also have all of the product packaging handled by our custom shell scripts.

Yes the microKORG2 supports both oscillator and effect plugs. The oscillator format is similar to the NTS-1 mkII though a bit more complex – since you generate 8 voices in a single plugin instance.

Okay so our first oscillator template projects are running on KORG NTS-1 mkII and microKORG2. Here we go!

Integer is based on one of the most sophisticated and unique-sounding DSP algorithms we have ever developed. This plugin can create a huge variety of different effects: from delay, chorus, flanger, resonator – all the way to dramatic filtering and sample rate reduction.

Integer is one of the most unique DSP algorithms we have ever developed – it's an elastic "variable sample rate" delay that behaves like lo-fi tape in the digital domain. Version 1.0.2 is coming very soon with a new quality setting and very cool new presets!
