On my recent trip with PsychsOnBikes I caught Jack Field (World Freestlye Trials Champion) mid show for a mens health check. His BP was spot on despite his heart racing at 160BPM. Jack was more concerned about his mate Billy Goat (Billy Gough) who he had just been bunny hopping all over. #menshealth

In 2023, Aids claimed 630,000 lives worldwide. 1.3 million individuals were newly infected with HIV. Almost half of these new infections were among young women and girls, bringing the global total number of people living with HIV to 39 million. Of those, nine million did not have access to lifesaving antiretroviral treatment. Every week, 4,000 adolescent girls and young women are newly infected with HIV, while only half of the 1.7 million children living with HIV had access to the treatment they needed. HIV infection rates among key populations were from nine to 23 times

HIV has changed for the better thanks to advances in medication, but AIDS is not over because many people in developing countries still cannot access lifesaving antiretroviral treatment. #WorldAIDSDay
