For better or worse, there’s no company in the world that does as much mic time as WWE, everywhere else spends more time on in-ring storytelling. There are a ton of stories in AEW fwiw, they just don’t do a lot of recaps and don’t have a lot of long promos, though they do happen from time to time.

thing about a complex 32 minute piece is when you move part of it around, or you re-render it to troubleshoot a bug in a reverb plug-in, you have to listen to the whole thing in full to make sure it all hangs together still. The 50 minute 8 track cd I'm also working on is waaaaay easier to deal with

Have listened in-full to different versions of my upcoming single track 32 minute cd a minimum of three times a day for the last week+ as it iteratively gets closer and closer to being sent to the pressing plant and the amazing thing is that I don't hate it yet. Still pretty good even!
