Тут вопрос в совсем другом: Таких кружков меньше, чем хочется, но объективно дохуя. Почему повязали этих одних? В статье попадается что один из них - депутат КПРФ в башкирском местном парламенте. Может это подстава за какую-то местную разборку? Не знаю, но этот аспект на западе никем не упоминается.
