I get the anxiety, I just went through the same thing. At first I ended up calling it all 'warmups' and leaving the results to squander in a lonely folder on my computer forever... But then I did one thing I kinda liked, so hopefully I'll keep going. So, maybe just start! I'll be rooting for you!
