The Disney Treasure cruise ship grand hall, themed after Aladdin and decorated with a Christmas tree and garland, the chandelier lit with green and red for the holidays, and a statue of Aladdin and Jasmine. A grand descending staircase wraps down between balconies, and the hall is quiet with no one around.

The world’s largest streaming company swallowing one of its biggest competitors is what antitrust laws were designed to prevent.
