I caught this really cute guy at the gym catching glimpses at me. He'd quickly turn away when I'd look over. Until the last one he gave me this really cute smile. I've never had that happen before. I'm hoping I'll see him again, and maybe say hi. 😅☺️

I went back to the gym after five days without lifting. I felt disappointed in myself for not being able to do as much as I was doing. Ive always had a hard time accepting setbacks in any kind of progress. Be it in fitness, my career or personal life. But I know there's always tomorrow. 💪🏾
