(🧵1/10) Diabetes Awareness Month has come to a close, and CIRTN Labs had many publications!🤩
For the second half of Nov. 2025 we have papers from Drs. Giacca, MacDonald, Rabasa-Lhoret, Rideout, Johnson, Rocheleau, Rutter, Shapiro, Taubert and Thompson.
A bit about "Islets in a Pod": our series is meant to better introduce the CIRTN-R2FIC network, the PIs and the trainees. We also aim to continue promoting camaraderie amongst the members.
More interviews to come from both PIs and trainees that were at the Annual Meeting!
CIRTN-R2FIC is currently running in Toronto its 4th Annual Meeting. During this meeting we have launched our mini interview series called "Islets in a Pod" ! Our first interview is with Dr. Patrick MacDonald from the University of Alberta.
