Thick cottony yarn that feels kinda like a T-shirt. It's referred to as beginner yarn and is used by many for amigurumi. This yarn is variegated and in transgender flag colors of pale blue to white to pink.

Amigurumi style dancing lion head with a mouth that opens and closes. His main colors are red and yellow with accents in orange. His has large eyes, nostrils, a mirror to ward off evil, a horn, and a beard. Not seen from this 3/4th angle are his ears.

A sticker of a moth with stripes following the transgender flag colors of bright pale blue pink and white, in the middle of the body is the transgender symbol.

I've got this rad trans colored yarn and I'm trying to decide what to make. I was originally thinking some dino amigurumis (and still might!) but now I'm thinking trans color lion dance or trying to recreate my trans moth sticker in amigurumi! Lmk what you think! #tdov

Crochet project of a chinese lion dance lion -- specifically the face. Featuring the large eyes, horn, mirror, nostrils, and upper lip. The head is red and complimentary colors are yellow and orange.

New update on project Lion Dance Amigurumi;

I'm loving these new eyes (version 3?) and think these are the final version.

Wondering if I should make the horn larger? I've gotta figure out the ear shape too.

Only thing sewn on is the upper lip ATM, everything else is pinned in place atm.

Hurricane conditions change rapidly and EVERY amount of new information CAN save LIVES.

It DID save lives. The hurricane was worse than we expected but I'm so thankful we had the updates we did.

Life has been different since surviving a natural disaster. I'm still processing. I've not gotten back to drawing but I have started crocheting!
