me this summer would've probably carried on pretty unchanged regardless of my personal mindset. The difference is that I let myself experience the most good from it all as I could...and the less than ideal times felt more temporary than they once did because I'm actively looking forward to the

The events and circumstances surrounding
this merchandising leap, this time around it just kinda made me smile...like a little reminder that it'll be here before we know it and I'm already enjoying the season I'm in the middle of currently.
Maybe it's corny, maybe it's inspiration p0rn...but most importantly, it's true. There's nothing for
time around has not only been more fun (and fulfilling), I blinked and it's suddenly the day after the 4th of July (which is personally the halfway mark of summer for me). I was walking through Target and saw the Thanksgiving/autumn stuff starting populate shelves. And though I normally poke fun at
enjoy it the best I can.
I coat myself in sunscreen and go for long walks every couple days, make that just-before-dusk stroll to the ice cream place I like and even just embrace the madness that comes with conventions and other gatherings in this time.

2021-2022 was emerging from lockdown out of digital spaces to find our friends again in the real world again.
