Jag frågade i förra veckan förvaltningen i Stockholm hur de tänkte använda pengarna för regeringens AT-satstning på drygt 270 milj. Svaret var att det inte går att göra något med engångssummor, som dessutom måste spenderas i år. De sprids istället till ordinarie verksamhet.

Det är inte helt orimligt, tycker jag. Jag har pratat med flera som uppsökt obskyra sammanhang för att få inblick. Andrahandsuppgifter är ok, förstahands ofta bättre.

Stress has been suggested to increase the risk of type 1 diabetes. We assessed the association of loss-of-1st-degree-relative on risk of type 1 diabetes in 3.5 million Swedish children with >86k losses and >18k diabetes events and found no evidence of such impact.
