Very sorry to hear we have lost Robert Duvall, a very great actor (my faves inevitably include The Chase, The Rain People, The Godfathers, The Outfit, True Confessions, Tender Mercies) and occasional director. Greatly enjoyed interviewing him for The Apostle. RIP.

RIP Diane Keaton. A fine comedienne (most notably in her films with Woody Allen), but also good in drama (as we know from The Godfather). But she also directed well – the documentary Heaven should not be forgotten.
