Yeee, too busy to do it during the day. Small deliveries for things you can't carry should have space, no private vehicles allowed. Grocery shopping should pretty much be accessible on the way home. This is more than doable for every city

Commercial deliveries, emergency services, and public transport should be the only vehicles allowed in dense downtowns. If it isn't related to a business that *needs* it, it needs to get the fuck out. This isn't suburbia, there's no room for oversized emotional support trucks
