One of the stranger NYT articles I’ve ever read. The two most important things about the situation—Trump exiting the Iran Nuclear Deal as it was working perfectly and the fact that there’s no intel suggesting Iran has pursued more than a civilian nuclear program in 20+ years—are deliberately absent.

Netanyahu has spent the better part of two decades trying to strong arm the United States into an unprovoked war against Iran and finally found a president stupid enough to do it for him. Unbelievable.

This is not about the merits of Iran’s nuclear program. No president has the authority to bomb another country that does not pose an imminent threat to the US without the approval of Congress. This is an unambiguous impeachable offense.
