They decided to only PARTIALLY fund the program-and only after a court said they must

Why partly fund it

Because they think it’ll force Democrats to end the shutdown

They’re starving Americans to play political games

To be fair, since he lives in Florida instead of the state he represents, maybe he doesn’t realize 752,000 Alabamians rely on SNAP—14.6% of the state’s population.
