Basically they dont want to push people away because its a big part of the userbase and people misread the guidelines in the way they want and it causes confusion. But if its on your account and your reported you get actioned. Its one of the parts of VRC that really bothers me

in the TOS they forbid it. i know this is boilerplate but the terms "private,sensitive or intimate" in the guidelines are NOT saying NSFW is allowed. This is where the problem occurs because VRC is trying to have their cake and eat it too
