That’s interesting, I had just understood that standing up triggers it. I’m sure there’s still a lot to learn.

You can have multiple triggers?

The electrolytes cut my symptoms so much that I’m kind of demotivated to go see a specialist now… but I was fainting like 30-50x a day before but not going all the way out most of the time, just going blind for a few moments usually. So not really fainting most of the time.

Does any of that help? Have they had you do the test where you lay down for 10min, they take your blood pressure, you stand up and wait a min and they take your BP then again in 3 more min?

Good luck!!! it seems like increasing my electrolytes, my sodium intake, has really made a lot of difference. It’s pretty amazing but still getting it figured out. Do you faint all the way? And does it happen suddenly?
