Rewatched a couple of all timers. Celebrated 40 years of a childhood favorite and one movie I finally watched and ended up loving.

Abyss special edition is my preferred edition, but it's not just about the better ending it's about the extra time with the crew. Just the scene with One Night leading the sing along alone improves a great film to damn near perfect.

Mind blown. And another reason to hate covid. I bet this killed in the cinema. So much better than I expected. Brannagh was exceptional. The action was tremendous. If I ever get a chance to see this in a IMAX theater again I'll probably take it.

4 years ago I brought my 4ktv. The same day I also purchased a bunch of 4K Blu-rays. Among them was Chris Nolan's Tenet, which for some reason I never watched.

I was lucky enough to see Ozzy Osbourne in concert on Halloween 1996 in Anchorage Alaska. Even though he had the flu and kept having to go backstage between songs he still put on a hell of a performance. When most artists would have canceled Ozzy always put his audience first.
