In a stark inversion of his usual persona, Aker's primal spiritform is lustful and full of desire!

But when he witness her banana induced growth spurts one day, the fertility aspect of being an Akerbeltz surged forward and fast forward 9 hours, she doesn't seem to mind when stops by for extended "lunch breaks" anymore hoho

Though design wise there's little resemblance, Aker is unsurpringly based off the Basque spirit Akerbeltz!

Also a non-story character is Zhusha's main regular Aker! An ageless harvest spirit, this billy goat spends his modern daytime people-watching and travelling to experience what city life is like these days.
Generally a quaint studious type, Zhusha gets annoyed with him hogging a seat for reading

She is however obsessed with all things banana and none scratches her itch like bottles of sweet creamy banana milk.. that shes severely allergic too and causes her body to explosively grow in all the places she doesn't want.
At least the unwanted attention of her hubris helps bring in customers ay?

But she calms down and lives in the moment despite her money troubles, existential dread, and hopeless romanticism by cooking. Zhusha's not exactly passionate about food, but finds something like fulfillment from having a customers willing to put up with her attitude to eat her crunchy creations.
