This one has the same PID as Zapdos so it has the same exact IVs and Nature. This is literally just the best Modest shiny frame I can find with my ID/SID.

Learned how to do some basic RNG manip on my GBA cart of FR with ACE.
I set the RNG seed a certain amount of advances away from my target. This is much easier than FR/LGs default manip, but I plan to learn in Emerald first where the seed always starts at 0 so similar idea.

Highest level on my team was 52, so you definitely do not need to grind to beat the game lol. You just need to fight most trainers you see and switch your lead from time to time.
