In Fairy culture, dancing is a fundemental part of courting. The elaborate courting dances test the chimestry and coordination between the dancers to foretell the quality of the future match. But courting chances require wings. Caleb heard that and said "Hold my beer". (See Tumblr for more detail)

I love this so much! This gives me Starling's survival mode Bren style. Patchign his scavenged socks that he has to keep in working order or he'll freeze.
