second I mainly mean to say that because of long term issues with 3D printed parts, it would leave a bad taste in my mouth to sell 3D printed headbases without warning.

3D printing is kinda not a great method of making fursuit headbases. The only real benefit unique to it is the ease of creation. I'm working on something different by adding just one more step to the process.
