i have drs visit tmrw which is rly bad timing but i think ill just wear a mask and go if i can bc i cant reschedule and its a 10min visit 15min away from home and ill drive so i dont have to go on public transport and i think it should be ok

i don’t like to admit that me being autistic is a big deal but it is and it hugely affects me and my life every day

my whole life so far relied on me being able to somehow push myself through shit and just delaying burnout as long as possible until i inevitably crashed. and thats school and uni where i had accommodations (not strictly for autism but still) and the times i worked i couldn’t stay in a job for Long
