Any song off of this could be in a movie scene where characters are talking in a car but it’s totally ignorable. Sometimes it couldn’t figure out what it wanted to sound like. Mostly forgettable 80’s sophisti-pop.

Spirit They’re Gone, Spirit They’ve Vanished - Avery Tare and Panda Bear
I liked the part where it took 8 tracks to become an animal collective record. Harsh noise and bubbly bass make this sound like if hyperpop’s rough edges were almost coherent. Spend an hour doing something else

I could get Six drawn in marathon bc he fits the bill (android, loner, wants to be solo) and I had qualms about him being a rook since he’d work for uesc but I remembered I went corpo in cyberpunk and had him work for a shitty game company he quit in the dnd campaign I made him for so it works out
Found a friendly runner my first game and exfil’d and then the next game I get ended by an assassin. Time to never trust anyone in solo queue again
worth remembering, David Lynch directed “fix your hearts or die” specifically at transphobes. it wasn’t a generic “no mean people allowed” statement, it was said by his Twin Peaks character in defense of a trans woman he cared for and deeply respected.
