The constant injuries made people forget. Can't think of many better counter-pressing CBs tbh.
01.11.2025 20:30 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Sanchez with one of his best games for Chelsea, Chalobah stepping up massively and Fofana great. Cucu completely nullified Kudus. All midfielders pretty flawless in the counter-press too (even Enzo). The attacking 3 besides defensive work and pressing - pretty poor.
Of course Moi MOTM like usual ππ
So happy Fofana is back.
Thats what he does, perfect front foot defending - putting both Muani and Richarlison in his pocket.
Literally only scraped him, never a red
01.11.2025 19:40 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Yeah, but thats Sanchez he will do a dodgy pass or 2 per game. Overall though he was excellent imo.
01.11.2025 19:38 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0? What did he do wrong?
01.11.2025 19:23 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I don't hate Delap, but if we bought Mateta instead of him - we would be comfortably top 4 rn.
Would make sure we had a real 9 up-front and would raise our physical floor by a lot. An option to go direct if we're struggling since we have both Mateta and JP to win duels.
This is what I'm truly afraid of
31.10.2025 21:26 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0β’ Tottenham (A)
As bad as that LW looks, I think Gittens coming on ag.tired Porro around 60' is better than him from the start. Lavia vs Santos in the midfield 3 was hard too, but I opted for slightly more control + the ability to drop between CBs and beat the press consistently.
That's all I want to remember from this game tbh, lets move on to beating Spurs now π
29.10.2025 22:38 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Genuinely don't know what to say. I'll just pretend this 2nd half didnt happen (minus that Gittens wondergoal).
29.10.2025 21:53 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0What the fuck is this game even
29.10.2025 21:37 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Maresca will say we don't have a discipline issue lol
29.10.2025 21:32 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0and Jorgensen is bottom 3 of Chelsea goalkeepers in history
29.10.2025 21:21 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0We are actually bottom 3 defensively itl
29.10.2025 21:18 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 1Don't care about this competition too much. Just rest bunch of players and don't play Lavia/Fofana/Gittens for 90 minutes
28.10.2025 20:48 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thats kinda how I felt too. Im aware its not a masterpiece or anything, but its fun + all the XY lore made it super engaging for me (my first Pokemon games were XY).
27.10.2025 22:58 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This has been the worst matchweek of my life. Literally every result has gone terribly and in the worst way possible.
26.10.2025 21:45 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Ok I'm off to Lumiose City βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
25.10.2025 16:17 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Fofana, Acheampong and Hato are the only CBs that should get gametime until Badia/Colwill get fit. Put Tosin and Chalobah with Disasi and ship them out ASAP
25.10.2025 15:59 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Tosin and Chalobah are midtable level CBs. We will never challenge for anything important with a team assembled like this
25.10.2025 15:54 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0First Caicedo stinker since like 2 years?
25.10.2025 15:48 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Tosin is right footed, but as I said its very close - its like risk vs reward with all of them. I have a feeling Maresca starts Chalobah there though.
25.10.2025 12:21 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 03. Jorrel Hato (my choice)
- not used to the physicality of the EPL yet & inexperienced.
+ aerially surprisingly good, cheatcode in build-up thanks to his press resistance & being naturally left-footed, but mostly because it allows us to be able to carry and start attacks from either side quickly.
2. Tosin Adarabioyo
- very slow on transitions, not proven or really needed in the 2-3 shape (no need for his diagonals against a compact 4-4-2) especially on the left, poor form.
+ experienced with physicality of the EPL, aerially dominant.
1. Trevoh Chalobah
- very awkward in build-up on the left, pretty much acts like a pressing trigger for the opposition & despite his size is pretty poor aerially (Sunderland love their crosses/long balls).
+ experienced with physicality of teams like these & fast enough to recover on transitions.
β’ Sunderland (H)
Very, very tough game - expecting something similar to Forest (H) last season.
Team picks itself besides the LCB - I've gone back and forth, between Hato, Tosin and Chalobah.
Hopefully I'm wrong about this game ππ
Corporations taking advantage of a very loyal fanbase is very predatory and disgusting to me.
The game is fun thoughπ
Pokemon locking the most popular megas they advertised in trailers behind a paywall might be genuinely the most slimy thing they've ever done.
The worst thing is that there is like no backlash from Pokemon fans about it - overpriced game, overpriced DLCs and content behind nintendo online paywall.
