I get so annoyed with every mod or romhack saying "join our discord server for the rest of" no I don't wanna talk to you. You seem like a jerk. Or you surround yourselves with jerks.

I know that's not fair and I fault myself for that, tbh I'm just ranting about things triggering social anxiety

I guess just maybe make a little more effort to not make your team look really annoying and unapproachable? This isn't the only time I've run into this, and it always goes back to people locking all their resources behind fucking discord servers

Like rude, full of inside jokes and crude shit and idk, maybe I'm just lame, but could you keep that shit in your own group chats? Unprofessional isn't the right word because I don't think the goal is to be professional and I don't expect people to be, I don't care about that. Annoying is the word.

I'm talking about this because I recently installed a mod for a chat client because I love doing that shit, and there's a theme editor where the devs have laid out mockups of different screens of the program for people to change the colors of and stuff. And the chats used are just obnoxious as hell

I have kind of a weird and maybe curmudgeonly opinion and I'm gonna do my best to describe it because it's kinda hard to put into words. But I find that people who are developing something (a game, software, whatever) being overly casual or memey to be really annoying. It kinda sours everything.

Uhhh I wanna say Maeve is the newest mostly-realized character I've made who isn't just a design, but I also have several in the works even now who could qualify. OC-ification of my cats and Misdreavus gijinka(s) are among them, but there are more with doodles somewhere...

She's an amalgam of different things I was into at the time, and frankly now I wanna make a Toyhouse page for her listing all the inspirations because they're pretty funny. A shady swamp witch who lives with Koume and Kotake and is also somehow Twili-Skull Kid-imp

I'd have to go through all my ancient sketchbooks to give a true answer to this, which is likely either a Sonic or Yoshi OC. BUT☝️

Odoke is the first OC I remember spending a lot of time on, created when I was ~12. A TLoZ OC, specifically, a Twili imp half-transformed into a Skull Kid.

I joke but we might actually seek out a cat behaviorist for said fickle cat because I often don't know what she wants when she stares at me intently but doesn't want food or to play or to be pet. And she's so preoccupied with the younger cat and stalking her that she cannot relax

My partner and I have two cats. One is akin to having a really bitchy and fickle teenage child. Nothing is good enough for her. She doesn't play for more than five minutes without getting pissed off. Her tail is always thrashing. She bullies the other cat. And the other cat is a puppy
