Honestly can't imagine myself living in another country mainly bc you can't get dipyrone/metamizole in most places. how the hell are most of y'all getting on with just acetaminophen and ibuprofen for OTC pain relief

Like my god my patients did everything right - scheduled their appointment, got there 15 min early just like we instructed - imo it's so fucking rude of me to run 40+ minutes late for a scheduled appointment just because we're overwhelmed with everything all the time

So yeah I had to help out the nurses and do admin bullshit and also see patients scheduled for every 20 minutes with no breaks between them and always running LATE and it SUCKS I hate being late bc i feel it's so disrespectful

Two of our doctors left and they were both in morning shifts Now I'm the ONLY doctor in the unit during early morning and city health admin still hasn't sent any substitutes so it's all in MY ass all the time
