We need as many education staff and parents at possible on Wednesday at 7pm in the Rothes Halls to make sure Fife Council uses their "better than expected" budget position to change the situation in our schools. The cabinet secretary admitted, at the EIS AGM last June, that commitments on class contact time should already have been delivered. Almost 8 months later and we are still waiting for any firm proposals on how it might be delivered to emerge from the Scottish Government and COSLA.
