Genuine question: what ideas do people have for real theories of change to fight surveillance in this moment.

Like, it's not like you can run a "tell Palantir to stop being Palantir" campaign or a "Tell ICE to stop being fucking fascists" campaign.

What is actionable, winnable? Where do we focus?

Here's an update on the various Washington state bills I've been working on. The rest of the session's likely to be even more intense than it's been so far.

I signed the final bills Melissa Hortman shepherded through the most narrowly divided legislature in the county. All of them bipartisan.

We debated, we found common ground, and we compromised.
