50 years ago we inherited some money & set off & spent 8 months traveling around Europe. We bought a small car, ate & slept in the car or youth hostels. It costs us $5.00 a day for We learned to travel cheaply, fell in love with travel, and how now traveled to 99 countries.

On our journey across Africa it took us nearly 8 hours to drive about 60km. It was deep mud so it was dig and try to drive a few more km through the world's 2nd largest rainforest (jungle) in the world after the Amazon jungle.
