AI Overviews impact search CTRs differently, based on query type and AIO presence. Learn how to adapt your SEO and paid ad strategies effectively.
Publishers look at this data from Seer Interactive. They analyzed the impact of Google's AI Overviews on search results and respective CTRs. The impact is astounding. During one sample month organic CTR drops from ~4% to ~0.6% when an AI Overview is shown.

The Trade Desk announced its plan to buy Sincera, a startup that aggregates and supplies metadata to ad tech companies.
Congrats to the team at Sincera on the acquisition by TTD. I've always admired their exceptional metadata. The potential to merge Sinceraβs rich supply-side data with TTDs massive buy-side data is truly exciting. This integration could fill a critical gap in reporting and analysis for publishers.
