I did this with a client who was in her third trimester of pregnancy sending the breath to her baby and the baby immediately started kicking. She started to cry. I have other stories too. Love is powerful

Send the breath first to yourself and any parts of you that might be activated and send other breaths to those you love. Breathing in Divine Intelligence and Mother Earth together into your heart and out into the world.

This has been the most challenging time as a therapist in my 32 years of experience. The most powerful grounding one can do is a heart breath.

Breathe from above and below simultaneously into the heart and out back and front.

We woke to bluebirds and goldfinches flocking our dogwood today. And on my walk with the girls we saw two Pileated woodpeckers chasing each other. And I found this smile glaring back at me from the woods!
