I was told by someone and apparently there's also some website that I haven't found yet, but basically, people can just go there and start spraying 😊 the etiquette is that you can cover a finished piece that's older than 24 hours

Any wall where you can spray legally. I recently found out we have quite a few in my city. Translating directly from German though, so there might be a different name in English
