Used YOLO LPIPS features for a DiT-LLAMA MoE (32B4A) LoRA. Tried SigLIP and DINO, but SHAP and LIME showed I was getting hotspots in the codebook. I thought maybe Muon or AdaGrad would fix it, turned out reparameterizing w muP smoothed it out. Preconditioned the loss landscape, so happier hessian.

I don't doubt that we're in an "AI bubble" in the sense that most AI ventures are vaporware snakeoil and a lot of those businesses will fail. But people who use that phrase to mean "all AI use cases are destined to fail and even the big labs will soon flop" simply have no idea what's going.
