Spotify just said they deleted about 75 million AI generated or fake tracks in the last year. Thats almost half of its total archive. Thats wild, but good. We support the actual humans still making music and the ones not gaming the algorithm so others talent can’t be seen.

Sylvan Esso just pulled their entire catalog from Spotify over its ties to defense contractors — and dropped a new single, “WDID,” on their own label. That’s a bold stand and we’re here for it.

Edinburgh’s city council is advising no fireworks at Murrayfield going forward after AC/DC’s Aug. 21 closer pushed past permitted noise levels. The show drew eight noise complaints and with similar gripes around earlier Oasis gigs at the same venue. We wouldn’t expect anything less.

It’s not confirmed whether he’s going to do the entire show in Spanish, but all signs point to that being the direction. If he does, that will be history making and iconic.

He doesn’t just chart in the U.S. or Latin America — his music moves in Europe, Asia, and non-Spanish speaking markets. Spanish-language tracks topping U.S. charts used to be rare; now it’s frequent and we’re here for that.

He’s pulled in 100+ billion Spotify streams across his catalog. His album Un Verano Sin Ti is one of the most streamed of all time. He even set the all-time record for most streams globally in a single day. That’s not “niche.”

We love a good music debate and respect all opinions but if you think Bad Bunny doesn’t deserve to perform at the Super Bowl then you need to check this man’s stats. He’s not niche, like we’ve heard some say, he’s one of the biggest stars in the world.

Classic Rock is rock music from the 60s/70s, not the 80s/90s.
