From what I remember in my testing, no, I think you need to run 1 main ISM and 1 sub ISS because of stacking. This was the best combination of ISM and ISS that I could come up with in the moment, but perhaps there's a better optimization to be had.

Same lmao, I noticed in the middle of a SendouQ set but initially dismissed it as possibly having the wrong build on.

By the way, 4 subs of ISM also get you to 13 shots, but most Rapid builds don't have a lot of sub abilities to spare, so I think 1 main 1 sub will be more space-efficient overall.

No idea, I hope it's a bug as you say, but if it's not, at least you can get back to 12 shots with 3 subs of ISM or go for 13 shots with 1 main 1 sub. Most people already run the latter so it's not that big of a deal, but Cooler Rapid is by far the most impacted by this change.

because they did, it went from 8% to 9.12%

They also buffed normal rapid's paint a little

Why does S-BLAST sounds completely different when hitting a wall or floor after the update??? I haven't seen anyone else mention this, am I crazy?

As much as I dislike Dynamo (not for being a good weapon, I still think it won't catch on outside of certain maps or against short-range comps), I have to agree it's a really poor mentality to treat any weapon like that. It's just making excuses for a player's lack of adaptability and skill.

Notice how Chara put extra emphasis on which Main and Special weapons are most vulnerable to the hitbox changes, yet when it comes to discussing Dynamo, a weapon stuck in human form for 5 business days whenever it attacks, hitboxes are never brought up?
