[Zamasu floats imposing in the air, his arms outstretched as he looks downward with a crooked grin. The halo of light glows brightly behind him. The sky is covered in green clouds, painting the ruins of the city around them in a similarly green hue.] ZAMASU: And so mortals foolish, feeble, come crawling back. Clad now in reflection divine, disturbed! Alas, fusion of souls shall avail them naught. [He is regarding Vegito, in their Blue form, who stands on the ground looking upward. However, their eyes are unfocused and blank. Arrows point towards Vegito which read "Their ass is NOT listening" and "Zoning tf out".]

[Zamasu's expression changes little as he continues to speak, pointedly ignoring - or perhaps simply not noticing - Vegito's visible disinterest.] ZAMASU: My justice, righteous, shall cleanse all. Just as all creation, all memory, shall... Shall... Um... [Zamasu's voice trails off and the confidence begins to fall away as he regards Vegito with eyes narrowed in thought and his ears lower unconsciously as part of that concentration. After thinking it over for a moment, Zamasu finally speaks again, his eyebrows raising along with his voice with the question. His words are notably no longer as flowery.] ZAMASU: What ARE your pronouns, actually?

[Vegito's focus seems to return with the straightforward question, and they lift a hand up to the side of their face as they raise their voice to respond with a grin. The other hand remains resting on his hip.] VEGITO: You can just stick with "he". ZAMASU: Very well. [With his question answered, Zamasu immediately shifts back into his imposing demeanour as another smile crawls across his mouth. He continues to speak from where he left off.] ZAMASU: Just as all creation, all memory, shall he, too, be expu--

ZAMASU: ACK-!! [Zamasu's words are once again interrupted, this time forcefully by Vegito, who lunged upward and landed a powerful kick to the side of Zamasu's neck. Vegito's arms are now folded, and his eyes glow an icy blue, fitting with the coldness of the rest of his expression. Zamasu's body tenses at the blow, his hands curled into claws. Vegito turns his head to Zamasu fully, a smirk returning.] VEGITO: 'Cause I'm gonna have to UN-SHE/THEY my foot from your ass.
