You do not need a writer in-office. You do not need to force a human being to live in an overpriced flat away from everything they know. You’re literally harming the economy you exist in.

So often when I see in-office/“hybrid” positions in the UK, the underlying demand is one of enriching the south-east of this island at the expense of everywhere else. Ripping people from their homes, their support networks, affordable places & denying them a chance to give back to their community.

I feel like some of the best projects are the ones that just bubble away in the back of our brains until the sauce gets nice and *thick* ☺️
