@hillaryclinton.bsky.social - Serious question: why should we pay our federal taxes if they have dismantled the entire government?

Yes!!! I keep saying this on here and it gets no traction. Maybe most people don’t feel safe expressing the idea. But #notaxationwithoutrepresentation is America’s oldest democratic idea.

An infographic prepared by NOAA showing that large tornado outbreaks are becoming more common, but the number of tornadoes isn't changing. The second part of the infographic explaining why climate attribution science is so challenging to apply to tornadoes: relatively small and very-short lived events compared to, say, a wildfire, hurricane, or heatwave.

* Tornado "season" is now all year round
* Tornado Alley is shifting to the northeast
* While the total number of tornadoes hasn't changed, multi-tornado outbreaks are more common.

Parents, if you care about your kids, fight like their future depends on it.

Because it does.

Plants losing appetite for carbon dioxide amid effects of warming climate Earth’s plants and soils reached peak carbon dioxide sequestration in 2008 but proportion absorbed has been declining since, study finds

"Analysis of atmospheric carbon dioxide measurements show that Earth’s plants and soils reached peak carbon dioxide sequestration in 2008 and absorption has been declining ever since. Passing this tipping point increases the chances of runaway climate breakdown."

Outcry as Trump withdraws support for research that mentions ‘climate’ US government stripping funds from domestic and overseas research amid warnings for health and public safety

Climate change is the biggest crisis humanity faces in the 21st century and just because they are trying to eliminate all mentions of the word “climate“ doesn’t actually solve anything.

Biden was protected by SOTUS. He could have done ANYTHING. Arrested the oligarchs. Arrested that guy.
Declared a climate emergency. Saved the frickin' future.

But noooooooo. He had to behave like the usual Democrat. Roll over & show a big fat white belly so the people with knives couldn't miss.

The oil #oligarchs pulling the puppet strings in DC immediately took down all climate misinformation reports by the federal government.
