Some legal experts have been saying for quite a while that congress should subpoena the logs that contain who accessed which files when and what was done to the file. The log will substantiate the cover up and who is involved.
I wholeheartedly believe the doj is participating is a massive cover up of crimes committed by the wealthy and powerful but the use of the term surveillance is a mischaracterization. They system used is the "evidence room". Wouldn't you want to know who has been accessing criminal evidence?
