If it's so important that people don't vote Green at the next election, it's on the incumbent party, the one in government, the only one that can really do anything, takes some steps to get Green voters to stick with Labour instead of trying to win over Reform voters.

Labour are actually in power and can make choices that would mean people are less likely to leave them for the Greens and more likely to vote for them in 2028. They are choosing not to.
