No longer a pain in the arm? Vaccine innovation focus of research
Forget needles, University of Otago β ΕtΔkou Whakaihu Waka-led research hopes to make getting vaccinated as easy as swallowing a capsule.
What if vaccines were as easy as swallowing a pill?π
Project lead Professor Sarah Hook and her all-wΔhine team are reimagining how vaccines are designed and delivered.
The project is one of 18 Otago initiatives that have been awarded a share of $15.3 million from the Health Research Council.π₯³π
