This started out as a random pen & paper sketch I did at work a few nights back. Was so happy with how it turned out that I had to give it the full Uekawa treatment.

I don’t mean to toot my own shit, but I kinda locked the fuck in with this Amy Rose.

Can we get a content filter for like, political or violent related content?

Here’s a model sheet I drew for her.
My favourite little detail is she has brown ‘socks’ underneath her actual socks.

I’ve been sitting on this for a couple of weeks, kinda nervous to share her.
Designing her pulled me out of a bad spell of art block that’s been holding me back since last year.
But over the past few weeks I’ve been doodling Eclair constantly, and it’s felt amazing!

She’s my first proper crack at designing my own Sonic OC.
Eclair is an athletic rising star who loves competition.

Working at a cinema means for the past month I’ve been fortunate enough to hear Live & Learn where I work every day.
There are few jobs I could ever have in my future that will give me this specific kind of joy.
