Felt zero motivation for speed repeats today. Doubted if I can do it. But I stuck to the plan & focused on executing each interval. Surprise: 67% execution score! Nailed 3/4 of my 4min repeats (5:14-5:40/km) & 2/4 of the 1min repeats (4:46-4:58/km)! Even hit a 3:31/km! πŸ₯ΉπŸ˜³πŸ’ͺπŸŽ–οΈ

A light 400-calorie burn and a 20% execution score today, lol. Interestingly, I find easier workouts leave me less fatigued and with better ego control over my eating, which helps me stay in a calorie deficit. So, it's definitely still a win!
